Provide preventive & remedial hardware & software support to network infrastructure.
System administration support for multiple servers & workstations (Windows Environment)
Provide first level support to end use & supporting desktop applications
Troubleshoot Network/system problems
Install & configure workstation software
Undertaking project work when required
